Location: Clayton County Performing Arts Center, Jonesboro, Georgia

Date: May 25^th & 26 2019

Please read the program rules carefully:

1. The Program Coordinator shall be responsible for explaining the waiver to all adult participants (18 years or older) in their team.
2. The Program Coordinator shall be responsible for explaining the waiver to parents or legal guardians of the participants (who are younger than 18 years of age) in their team.
3. Minimum 8 participants or plus.
4. 10 years and below entry is free.
5. By participating in the GATS events, coordinators and participants acknowledge and agree to all waivers and program rules mentioned in this document.
6. The Program Coordinator shall be responsible for collecting the participant’s fees in advance and registering online.
7. The Program Coordinator shall be responsible for organizing their team to be available back‐stage, at least 30 minutes before the start of their program, with all their props, equipment’s, instruments, skits etc. Failure to do so may result in delay or postponement or even cancellation of such program.
8. Program duration shall not exceed the maximum duration of specified minutes (dance 5min, skit 12 min).
9. GATS cannot guarantee the exact start time and end time of the program, which may differ due to various reasons.
10. GATS shall not be held liable for any disruptions, interruptions or equipment failures during the program.

1. GATS shall take all the best efforts possible, in conducting all programs to the highest level of quality. However, unforeseeable situations may force the GATS to trim or abort or delay or cancel certain programs. GATS reserve the right for its actions under such unexpected circumstances and GATS shall not be held liable for such actions.

Entries are limited, accepted first come, first serve.
