2016 GATS Election Absentee Ballot Registration

Your vote counts!! Register and vote via Absentee Ballot!!

 

Unable to attend the 2016 GATS Election at the Diwali Athiradi Natchathira Saravedi on November 21, 2015?  No problem!!  Now you may still make your vote count thru Absentee Ballot.  

Absentee Ballot is a ballot completed and delivered in advance of the election by a voter who is unable to be present at the polls, such as yourself.  GATS By-laws allows two means by which you may utilize this method:

  1. In Person - Send the completed ballot form in a sealed envelope thru your spouse.  See page 1 of your Absentee document for detailed instructions
  2. By Postal Mail - Mail the completed and notarized ballot to the address provided in the form at least one day before election

Please submit this registration to let GATS Election Committee know of your intent.  Once registered, we will email a confirmation containing the location where you can download the Absentee Ballot form.  Complete and submit your ballot following the instructions in the form.
