GATS 2016 Deepavali

Member Registration:

EVERYONE HAS TO REGISTER!!!

As we have a limited seating capacity in the auditorium, Everyone has to register.

Even if you are not purchasing the dinner, you are still advised to click on the "Register Now" button below and register the number of people that you are going to bring.

The Diwali event is free for GATS Members.

This is a free seating event. Members can sit anywhere in the auditorium except for reserved seats for Chief guest and Sponsors. 

Dinner Registration:

GATS 2016 EC is planning to provide exquisite dinner on a banana leaf which involves lot of planning. We have learned quite a few things from the past year's Deepavali event at this same location.

1. We will prepare and fill the dinner food items in the round plate with a banana leaf inside like a 'Thali Style' for everyone. 

2. We will come and serve "bisibela bath and curd rice" for those who like a serving more.

3. We will have three "Pandhi"s with specific timings so that we will avoid the big rush. 7 - 7:30PM, 7:30 - 8 PM and 8 - 8:30 PM

Please purchase your dinner early to help us plan better.

Dinner prices are as follows:

• Adults/Kids - $11/$8 (Up to November 5, 2016)
• Adults/Kids - $13/$10 (Up to November 11, 2016)
• Dinner sales will close on November 11, 2016, if not sooner. There won't be any on-the-spot sales for dinner.
