GATS 2020 Pongal Food Registration

பொங்கல் சிறப்பு வாழையிலை விருந்து

GATS would like to invite you all to enjoy a traditional south Indian lunch with family, friends and fellow Members.

Fee Details:

Adults: $10*

Kids: $8 (Aged 5 and above)

Pre-registration for food close on 02/07/2020, Friday at 5 PM.

Food Brought at the venue will be $12 for adults and $10 Kids.

(*Rates applicable to GATS Members and Non-members)

Lunch will be served in "Banana Leaf" with following Menu:

  • இஞ்சி புளி தொக்கு - Inji puli thokku
  • அவியல் - Aviyal
  • பரங்கிக்காய் பொரியல் - Pumkin Poriyal
  • உருளைக்கிழங்கு பொடிமாஸ் - Potato Podimas
  • வெள்ளை அரிசி சாதம் - White Rice
  • முருங்கைக்காய் சாம்பார் - Sambhar
  • புளி குழம்பு – Puli Kuzhambu
  • தக்காளி ரசம் – Tomato Rasam
  • மோர் - Butter Milk
  • மிளகு சீரக அப்பளம் – Papad
  • கேரட் பச்சடி – Carrot Pachadi
  • சர்க்கரை பொங்கல் – Sarkarai Pongal

    Note:                                                                                                                              As an effort to reduce the use of Single Use Plastics, 

We encourage you to bring your own water bottle.
