2014 GATS Super Dancer & Jodi No.1 - Program Entry

This is the registration page for the GATS Super Dancer & Jodi No.1 2014 event.  

REGISTER BY THE DEADLINE OF OCT. 4th .  To register, please read the guidelines below and click the "Register" button at the bottom of this page.

Performance Guidelines:.

• Songs must be from Tamil movies

• Lyrics should be appropriate to audience

• Zone:  Folk, Western & Semi-Classical

• Contestant Levels

• Super Dancer:  Age 6 to 14 years

• Jodi No.1 :  Age 15 years and older

Entry Details

• Entries must be received before the deadline of Oct 4th, 2014.

• Any music files for your program should be provided, 5 days prior to the performance with Participant id.

• Registration should be submitted via GATS website, along with disclaimer.

• Participant should adhere to the media policy of GATS.

• Judges decisions are final.

• Participant should not be engaged in discussion with judges during the program.

• Participant should arrive on time, participants enrolled will be selected randomly for that day.

• GATS Super Dancer-Committee will walk-through the Rules and Regulations prior to the program.

Selection Rounds

• There are 4 Zones.  

• 1st  round (Folk) will be held on Oct 5th.  (1 pm - 5 pm)

• 2nd  round (Western) will be held on Oct 12th.  (1 pm - 5 pm)

• 3rd  round (Semi-Classical) will be held on Oct.19th  (1 pm - 5 pm)

Contestant Level Participation Fee

GATS Super Dancer Rules:

• Everybody is going to prove their talent for all 4 zones

• There will be three judges for each zone

• Score card will be signed by all the judges prior to the event.

• Individual judge score will not be disclosed

• Judges will enter the score on a card and put it in a drop box.  Drop box will be handed over to the participant, immediately after his/her performance.

• All the Individual judge score will be added up to total score for the day.

• All the total score for the day will be added up to total score for the event.

• Total score for the day & Total score for the event will be published in GATS web site as soon as possible.

• Top three contestants from Super Dancer will be recognized based on the total score for the event.

• Top three contestants from Super Dancer will be felicitated on GATS Diwali Celebration.

• Participant score will be published with participant group ID only.

• Participant can contact GATS Super Dancer-committee via email.

• Based on the volume of entry, performance time allocation will be decided by committee.

• GATS is not responsible, if the participant score negatively impacted due to the poor quality of track provided by the participant.

GATS Jodi No.1 Rules:

• Register with your team name.

• Each team should register with two participants, it can be any gender.

• All the teams are going to prove their talent for all 4 zones

• There will be three judges for each zone
